If our e-commerce website offers an order tracking number, you can use your order tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package as it's shipped.You have to track your order from the courier service provider for our company.

Information about shipping rates will be provided when you confirm an order.Our estimated delivery time is 24-72 Hours, But Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen reasons.

If you want to modify or cancel an order, you have to confirm it before the shipping.

At the moment we do not have an international shipping system. But details will be provided when the international shipping system is launched.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
Return Policy:
We wish you every purchase with a good experience with the right product. Even if there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility. To claim a return or exchange you must need to take an unboxing video. Without unboxing the video we will not accept the return or exchange request.
Return, exchange, Refund or Warranty won't be applicable for the below conditions-

✪If the intact seal is torn or damaged
✪Any accessories or Charger or Adapter
✪Clearance sell items
✪If the product has any scratches
✪If the item is not in resellable conditions
✪If the item is not including all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered.

You must return all the boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.
After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
If there is any fault with the product, we will bear the courier charge if there are any additional charges the customer needs to bear. If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.
Refund Policy:
Payment is refunded if the product of the paid order is not in stock or if any product is returned due to a problem or if any of the products is out of stock and the product is not likely to be in stock in the shortest possible time. In the case of product return, the refund will be decided after evaluating whether the product is resalable or not.
Discount or offer refund condition: If there is any offer on Bkash, Rocket, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Amex card and the discount or cashback amount is not refundable in case of that order or transaction refund i.e. if you pay 900 rupees for a product on offer of 1000 rupees or 1000 If you have received any cashback by paying money, in case of refund, the amount of cashback will be deducted and in case of discount, only the amount paid by you will be refunded.
Refund Charge: No charge will be applicable for refund i.e. the amount paid by you will be refunded, but if the product has been handed over to the courier or for any reason after delivery (if there is a problem with the product, exchange or warranty policy will apply) you want to get a refund by returning it. In such cases the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the courier charges and processing fee payment settlement fee (where applicable).
Time Required for Refund: Refunds will be initiated within 5 business day from the date of refund request through the channel through which the payment was made. In case of debit or credit card payment refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the payment to hit your account statement. If it does not show in the statement within this period, please contact your card issuing bank or contact us mentioning the order number.
